The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners in all these Writ Petitions submit that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, result of election is declared and the petitioners are defeated in the said elections.

In view of this, the writ petitions have become infructuous. The same are dismissed as such. 4.

Needless to say that this order shall not come in the way of any of the candidates to challenge the election of the returned candidate on the ground that the nomination forms of petitioners were wrongfully accepted. The interim orders passed by this Court or the observations made therein, shall not come in the way of the parties.
