DATE : 22/08/2022 The first appeal came to be disposed of in Lok Adalat dated 07/05/2022. Accordingly, the amount so deposited by the appellant- Company which is lying with this Court needs to be disbursed in favour of respondents. In view of settlement, out of total deposite of Rs.20,43,519/-, the respondents withdrawn Rs.8,00,000/- before passing of award in Lok Adalat. In Lok Adalat it is agreed that the respondent will be entitled for Rs.8,00,000/-, out of remaining amount, rest of the amount along with statutory deposit and accrued interest will be refunded to the appellant-Insurance Company. As such, the application is allowed.

The respondent Nos. 1 to 5 are permitted to withdraw Rs.8,00,000/-.

Registry is directed to disburse the amount in favour of respondent Nos. 1 to 5.

The accrued interest along with remaining amount and statutory deposit will be refunded to the appellant - Insurance Company.

The application is disposed of.
