DATED : 12-07 -202 By present application, union of the workers intends to get order in their favour as regards settlement of workers due. The appropriate remedy is to approach the Official Liquidator in terms of Rule 149 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959. Learned counsel for the Union states that the claim has been already lodged. If that be so, the Official Liquidator shall adjudicate the claim in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and seek appropriate orders from this Court.

Company application is disposed of in above terms.
