Shri Bhusari, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has joined at Bhandara and since the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, the petitioner is not desirous of prosecuting the writ petition. It is stated that the pursis stating the aforesaid facts is filed in this Court on 02.09.2016.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
