Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner is seeking time to comply with the judgment and orders passed by this Court on 02.07.2019.

It reveals that by the said order, this Court has dismissed the Writ Petition, and directed petitioner to pay costs of Rs.10,000/- to respondent Zilla Parishad, within a period of two weeks and to submit receipt thereof. The petitioner has expressed her difficulty that respondent Zilla Parishad has not

Order 1608wp4330.19 informed as to under which head/account the said costs is to be deposited, though a communication dated 22.07.2019, is made to that effect to the Zilla Parishad, Amravati.

There is no appearance from the side of respondent Zilla Parishad to clarify the things. In the circumstances, the petitioner is directed to deposit the amount of costs with the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from today. Needless to mention that respondent Zilla Parishad, is at liberty to withdraw the said amount.
