It is stated that the petitioner would make a representation to the respondents under Rule 3 (5) of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad, District Services (Discipline and Appeal), Rules, 1964, if the suspension is not revoked for a long time.
In view of the aforesaid, we permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition.
