DATE : November 22, 2019 Shri P. S. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made attempts to deposit cost of Rs.10,000/- with the Zilla Parishad. However for technical reasons it could not be accepted. The petitioner is therefore permitted to deposit the amount of cost of Rs.10,000/- in this Court within a period of one week. On such deposit the Zilla Parishad is permitted to withdraw that amount.
