The applicant is convicted for an offence punishable under the provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
It is brought to my notice that the appellant/applicant has deposited the fine amount and he was on bail during the trial. The appeal is already admitted. In view of above, sentence is suspended and the applicant be released on bail on the same terms and conditions on which he was released on bail in the trial court.
