The petitioner herein has challenged the impugned order passed by the School Tribunal rejecting the application for stay that was filed by him during pendency of the appeal under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service Regulation) Act, 1977. An affidavit has been filed by the petitioner stating that during pendency of the proceedings the petitioner has been promoted on the post of Head Master with effect from 1-2-2015. In view of this subsequent event, Shri V. N. Patre the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the grievance of the petitioner with regard to the interim relief which was prayed before the School Tribunal does not survive.

In view of aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
