CORAM : MANISH PITALE, J.

DATED : JULY 18, 2019 This is an application for setting aside abatement in bringing legal representatives of the respondent No.2 on record. It is informed that earlier application bearing Criminal Application No. 164/2017, was filed for bringing on record legal representatives of respondent No.2.

The facts of the present case reveal that the respondent No.2 was complainant in the present case on whose complaint the present case was initiated and the accused (revision applicants) were convicted and sentenced under Sections 197 and 198 R/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2 revn149.16.odt Considering the fact that State is very much present before this Court, there would not be any necessity to pass any order to bring legal representatives of the complainant on record. Hence, no orders are necessary on the present application and it is disposed of as such.

Let the revision application be listed for final hearing in the 2nd week of August, 2019. JUDGE MP Deshpande
