Heard Mr. Mehadia, learned counsel for the applicants/ori. petitioners, Mr. Sohoni, learned counsel for respondent no.3/Municipal Corporation, Mr.D.B.Patel, learned AGP for respondent nos.1 and 2 and Adv. Marathe, Adv. for intervenors/tenants in writ petition. This court on 24th of April, 2015 granted time of three months to petitioners to approach before the Hon'ble Apex Court. That time was granted from the date of judgment of this Court i.e. from 18th of April, 2015. Thus, parties were to maintain status quo till 18th of July, 2015.

Advocate Mr.Mehadia has pointed out that vide Diary No. 22697 of 2015, SLP is already lodged before the Hon'ble Apex Court. Therefore, he is seeking time of three months more. Request is being strongly opposed by Adv. Mr.Sohoni and also by Adv. Mr.Marathe.
