The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the petition the representation filed by the petitioners was decided and rejected by the State Government and therefore, now the petitioners would like to challenge the decision so taken by the State Government by withdrawing this petition and filing a new petition instead.

He therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty as above.
