The issue pertains to the benefits to be conferred thereof to the respondent No.3 by the impugned order dated 25.02.2020 at Annexure - A. 3.

It is the contention that the inquiry report dated 19.09.2019 and also the complaint was never supplied to the petitioners, even though a visit was carried to the school by the competent authority in the matter of inquiry being caused.

In the aforesaid background, since the copy of the inquiry report and the complaint was not Prity

2 / 2 29.wp4891.2021 made available to the petitioner, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent No.1 to supply the copy of the complaint dated 18.06.2018 and inquiry report dated 19.09.2019 within a period of two weeks from today.

Once the said copies are supplied, the petitioner shall treat the order dated 25.02.2020 as a show cause notice and submit an explanation within a period of four weeks thereafter.

The respondent No.1 to pass fresh order after hearing the petitioner and respondent No.3 within a period of four weeks thereafter.

It shall be open for the aggrieved party to question the said order too. We clarify that we have not gone into the merits of the matter.

The petition stands disposed of. No costs.
