12th September, 2018 This application is for sanction for prosecution of the respondent-accused pursuant to the provisions of Sections 309, 308 [first proviso] and 306 of Criminal Procedure Code.

Perused the Certificate issued by the Special Counsel, Forest, on July 02, 2014 as contemplated under Section 309 of Criminal Procedure Code. Perused the entire record.

It appears that the present respondent - accused has conducted himself contrary to the conditions as were incorporated in the order of pardon passed pursuant to the provisions of Section 306, Criminal Procedure Code.

In my opinion, upon perusal of the entire record and the orders passed - qua - the conduct of the

respondent-accused, the ingredients of Section 309 are satisfied. That being so, sanction is granted to prosecute the respondent-accused for giving false evidence. The application as such stands allowed in above terms. The photo copy of the Certificate of Sanction issued by the Special Counsel is taken on record.
