DATE : July 28, 2022 By the order dated 20/07/2022 the Collector, Chandrapur was directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13/07/2022 wherein a request was made to re-consider the earlier order dated 12/07/2022 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate in the matter of transportation of the coal. Today the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the aforesaid representation has been decided on 22/07/2022 and the petitioner has been permitted to transport the coal in vehicles having capacity of 25 tons. In view of aforesaid, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
An apprehension is expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is likelihood of any other transporter using the said road in contravention of the order dated 12/07/2022. If the petitioner notices any such breach, it is free to bring the same to the notice of the competent Authorities.
The grievance of the petitioner having been redressed, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
