The appeal is preferred by the original complainant challenging the judgment of acquittal in proceedings under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

2] Record reveals that several opportunities are given to the appellant to file private paper book. 3] Vide order dated 06.07.2018 the appellant was directed to file private paper book within four weeks. Again, although the counsel for the appellant was absent on 05.02.2019. Twelve weeks time was granted to the appellant to file private paper book.
