The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 30.11.2018, passed by the respondent initiating departmental enquiry against the petitioner. The challenge is subjudice before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal in an Original Application preferred by the petitioner. Probably, interim order is rejected by the Tribunal, and therefore, this petition is preferred.

We do not find any reason to interfere in the matter, but, we direct the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Nagpur to decide the Original Application pending before it as expeditiously as possible.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
