Already there is an order, dated 10/08/2020 thereby allowing respondent No.1-claimant to withdraw 75% of the amount already deposited and the remaining amount to be deposited by the appellant. For 50% of the total amount deposited, there is a direction to give an undertakig. Respondent No.1 has already furnished an undertaking for 50% of the total amount deposited. As there is also a direction to give solvency certificate for remaining 50% of the amount, respondent No.1 has already given it.

Nazar is directed to transfer the entire amount along with accrued interest in the bank account of respondent No.1 at the earliest, after verifying the compliance of the conditions.
