By this contempt petition, the petitioner seeks action against the respondents for willful disobedience of the judgment dated 14-6-2016 in Writ Petition No. 4453/2015.

Shri Khare, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that though this Court had directed the respondents to continue the petitioners in service till the duly selected candidates are appointed in the vacancies, the respondents had not continued the petitioners in service with full work load.

Shri Kankale, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that for the current academic session, the petitioners are continued in service on the same posts on which they were serving vide orders dated 3-7-2017. It is stated that the petitioners would continue purely on Clock Hour .....2/-

It is stated that the petitioners have also started working with the respondent in the Municipal Council and the respondents would ensure that the petitioners would get the full work load and no monetary loss would be caused to the petitioners. It appears from the statement made in the reply that the order dated 14-6-2016 has been complied with. It would therefore, not be necessary to proceed with this contempt petition any longer. The contempt petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
