As the registration of the writ petition was refused for non-removal of the office objections, without issuing notice to the non-applicants/ respondents and accepting the reasons stated in the application, the delay in filing the application for restoration of the writ petition is condoned. M.C.A. ST.NO. 13416/2015.

For the same reasons, as stated above, the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 27th October, 2014 is set aside and the writ petition is restored. W.P. NO. 767/2014.

If the office objections are not removed within four weeks, the petition shall stand dismissed without
