Heard learned counsel for respective parties. The Civil Application is opposed by respondent nos.5 and 6, while the learned AGP submits that appropriate orders be passed.

The ground of opposition according to respondents nos. 5 and 6 is that there is no substance in the submission of the petitioner that son of the respondent no.5 has been appointed only because of his relationship. This submission reflects on the merits of the matter for which purpose opportunity would always be available to respondents 5 and 6 for demonstrating the falsity of the said contention and, therefore, we are of the view that this Application deserves to be allowed, which brings on record the subsequent development.

The Civil Application is allowed. The amendment be carried out within a period of one week. Copy of the amended petition be filed on record and also be furnished to each of the respondents,

DB.18.11.21.CA.1347.21 with liberty to file additional responses to the same. After the amendment is carried out, notice be issued to the newly added respondents, returnable in three weeks.
