DATE : 27.01.2017 By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the grant of caste validity certificate in favour of the respondent no.3. Ms Kshirsagar, the learned Counsel holding for the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has learnt that the respondent no.3 has expired during the pendency of the writ petition. It is stated that the cause for filing the writ petition would not survive in view of the death of the respondent no.3.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
