Mr. Bhandarkar, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petition needs to be heard urgently, considering that the persons who are presently in-charge of the Society are indulging into actions which are detrimental to the interest of the Society. The request for early hearing is not opposed by Mr. Ghare, learned counsel for the respondent No.2 and Mr. Madiwale, learned AGP for respondent No.1.

However, considering the fact that the office is not satisfied on the service of notice to respondent Nos.3 to 8. Mr. Bhandarkar, learned counsel for the
