Heard Shri Shankar Borkute, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri P.S. Tembhare, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

The learned AGP, upon instructions, seeks time of 12 months to complete caste verification.

We, therefore, continue interim order dated 15.06.2018 for a period of 12 months more. The Scrutiny Committee is directed to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of 12 months and interim order continued today shall be subject to that adjudication. 4.

Writ Petition is accordingly partly allowed and disposed of. No order as to costs.
