Ms. R.V. Kalia, learned A.G.P. appears for respondent. She points out that as yet this Court has not issued any notice. Mr. A. Shelat, learned Advocate for petitioner, has invited our attention to order dated 30.7.2014 passed in Writ Petition No. 2760/14. We have perused this order. The only grievance in the present matter by petitioner is to expedite consideration of Revenue Case No. A-71(1)/94-95 filed before the Rent Controller at Nagpur for fixation of fair rent. Thus, proceedings instituted about 22 years back are still pending.

In this situation, without prejudice to rival contentions of the parties, we direct the respondent to expedite those proceedings and to attempt to decide the same at the earliest and in any case within six months from the date of communication of this order.
