Mr. V. A. Thakare, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State places on record communication dated 28.10.2021 to indicate that the petitioner has been transferred to Rajamahendrawaram Central Jail, Andhra Pradesh. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in view of the subsequent development, reliefs in this petition have been rendered infructuous.

According to us, the reliefs in this petition have been rendered infructuous. But the petitioner is given liberty to approach the Competent Court, in case, his grievance in the transferred jail persists.

We record our gratitude for the services rendered by Mr. Shyam Jaiswal, learned Counsel appointed by the High Court Legal Services, Sub-Committee, Nagpur and we quantify his fees at Rs.2000/-.
