Civil Application No.1090 of 2018 seeks to bring on record the legal heirs of respondent no.6, the information regarding whose demise is claimed to have been received on 19.4.2018 and the application has been filed on 7.6.2018.

Mr. Vyawahare, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2, 3, 7 to 9 has no objection, considering which, Civil Application No.1090 of 2018 is allowed. 3.

The legal heirs of respondent no.6 be brought on record by 23.9.2022. Upon the same being done, issue notice to the added respondents, returnable on 10.10.2022.

The appellants shall serve the added respondents by Hamdast.

A further statement is made that the respondent no.3 Deochand s/o Mahadeo Meher has passed away on 16.4.2021 and respondent no.7 Smt. Jakabai Ganpat Kumbhalkar has passed away on 16.5.2022.

The appellants to take appropriate steps in that regard.
