The present appeal was not listed before the National Lok Adalat today. However, since both the parties have agreed to settle the matter, the record is called and it is taken up before the National Lok Adalat today.

The appellant is present with Advocate Shri P.B. Patil. The claimant respondent no.1 is present with Shri S.S. Panaliya, Advocate h/f Shri A.H. Lohiya, learned Counsel and Shri Kadu, learned AGP is present on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3. 3.

The appellant and respondent No.1 have agreed to settle the matter and signed the terms of compromise before the National Lok Adalat.
