This is an application preferred by original claimant seeking withdrawl of the amount of compensation which is total to the tune of Rs. 5,48,707/- which is deposited in the Court.

Subject to the condition of non-applicant no.1 furnishing usual undertaking that the entire amount of compensation will be returned with interest subject to decision before this Court. The respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw 75% of the decretal amount. The application is accordingly disposed of.
