This is an application for condonation of delay of 3483 days caused in preferring the first appeal for enhancement of compensation in land acquisition. 2.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay is condoned. However, it is made clear that the appellant shall not be entitled for interest on the enhanced amount of compensation and other statutory benefits on the delayed period, if the appeal is allowed. Appeal be registered.
