In view of the objection raised by the learned advocate for the respondent that this application is not maintainable before this Court and if at all the applicants are aggrieved by the decision of the learned arbitrator holding that the venue of the arbitration would be at Mumbai, the applicants will have to challenge that decision before Principal District Judge, the learned advocate for the applicants, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the learned Principal District Judge in the matter.

The application is disposed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
