2.
The challenge raised in this Writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 17.06.2017, that has been issued by the Zilla Parishad, seeking to transfer services of various Assistant Teachers.
3.
At the outset the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits, that grievance of petitioner Nos.1.2.4 and 5 no longer survives, as they have joined at the transferred place and their pay fixation has been properly done. It is further submitted that in so far as petitioner no.3 is concerned, she has a grievance with
Order 2401wp3875.17 regard to her pay fixation. Though she has joined at the place of transfer, her pay and seniority has not been properly fixed.
4.
Considering the aforesaid, Writ Petition is disposed of by issuing following directions.
Petitioner no.3 is permitted to make a representation to respondent no.2 - Education Officer within a period of four weeks from today in the matter of her proper pay fixation and seniority. If such representation is made by petitioner no.3, the same shall be decided by respondent no.2 within a period of two months from the date of submission of the representation.
5.
Needless to state that it will be open for respondent no.3 to seek for redressal of her grievance, if the request made by her is not entertained. No costs.
