Learned counsel Shri D.K. Sharma for the petitioner states that he has learnt about this development today only and he is seeking time of one week to obtain necessary instructions so as to take suitable steps.
Learned counsel Shri Vikram P. Marpakwar for respondent No.4 submits that respondent No.3 .....2/-
permitted respondent No.4 to take appropriate action against two employees named therein. That action on administrative side is already initiated.
Learned counsel Shri Anand Parchure for respondent No.3 endorses arguments of learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri M.J. Khan.
As B-Summary is already filed, it is not necessary for us to delve into merits of the controversy. Leaving all contentions open and with liberty to the petitioner to take such other steps as are open to him in law, we dispose of the present criminal writ petition. No costs.
