DATE : 16.01.2017 By these writ petitions, the petitioners had challenged the recruitment on the Class-III and Class-IV posts on the establishment of the Amravati District Central Cooperative Bank.
1601wp4535.07.odt A notice was served on the petitioners for engagement of another Counsel. Despite the service of notice, none appears on behalf of the petitioners. It is most likely that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the writ petitions as the appointments were made more than ten years earlier, this Court had not granted any interim relief and the appointments were not stayed.
In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the writ petitions with no order as to costs. Rule stands discharged. JUDGE JUDGE Wadkar
