By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to implement the Government Resolution dated 30.07.2010 in respect of Inam land and land of Deosthan that are situated in the area of Arni and Sukli, District Yavatmal. The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to make a fresh enquiry in respect of Inam land and Deosthan land in the area of Arni and Sukli.
A preliminary objection is raised on behalf of the respondents to the tenability of the writ petition. It is stated that the petitioner is not a trustee and is also not concerned with the Inam land and Deosthan land. It is stated that the trust has not approached this Court for seeking the aforesaid relief. By upholding the preliminary objection raised on behalf of the respondents, we decline to entertain the writ petition as the petitioner does not have a locus standi to file the petition. Since the petitioner does not have the locus standi, we dismiss the writ petition with no order as to costs.
