Heard.
The applicant is arrested on 4th January, 2017 in crime registered against him and three others for the offence punishable under Section 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. According to the investigating agency, the accused assaulted victim, and the applicant in particular assaulted by a rod. The investigation is complete and the chargesheet is filed on 1st April, 2017. Criminal Application (BA) No.189/2017 filed by co-accused Nilesh is allowed by this Court by the order passed on 24th March, 2017. The non-applicant has not been able to show that custody of the applicant is required for further investigation. The applicant claims that his father is physically challenged and there is no one to attend him. Considering the facts of the case, the

The applicant having been arrested in Crime No.2/2017 registered by the non-applicant, he be released on bail on executing P.R. bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) and furnishing two solvent sureties in the like amount.
The applicant shall attend the trial before the Sessions Court on every date unless granted exemption by the Sessions Court.
The application is allowed in the above terms. JUDGE Tambaskar.
