DATE : January 04, 2019 Perused the application and heard the learned counsel .

As per the award passed by the Land Acquisition Officer in respect of field Gat No.240 names of four land owners have been shown therein. The reference proceedings however were preferred only through one of the land owners. The appeal filed by the acquiring body has since been disposed of before the National Lok Adalat.

By the present application, the manner in which all the claimants would be entitled to receive the amount of compensation has been stated.

908-CAF-3231-18 2/2 Shri V. K. Paliwal, learned counsel for the legal heirs of respondent No.1-Yashwanti on instructions, does not oppose the prayer as made in the Civil Application. In that view of the matter, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i). Civil Application is disposed of.
