DATED : 27-06-2023 While allowing Writ Petition 4707/2018, we directed the petitioner to contact the Registrar of the District and Sessions Court, Buldhana and to make available any relevant document or material which may be required to facilitate forwarding the proposal to the High Court.

This civil application is filed seeking extension of time to appear before the concerned officer and to submit the relevant document/material. The petitioner is reportedly on Hajj Pilgrimage and he would be in a position to contact the concerned officer only on 31-7-2023.

In this view of the matter, paragraph 27 of the

2 caw1895.23 judgment is modified and the words "within seven days" shall be substituted by the words "within seven days from the date the petitioner appears before the concerned officer and submits the relevant documents/material".

The judgment dated 21-6-2023 in Writ Petition 4707/2018 shall be corrected appropriately and corrected judgment shall be uploaded on the website.
