By this Writ Petition, the petitioner had challenged the order of transfer dated 13.05.2016, transferring the petitioner from Zilla Parishad School, Wadgaon Road to Zilla Parishad, Pardhi-Pod, within Panchayat Samiti, Yavatmal. It is stated on behalf of the parties that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the State Government has decided to cancel the transfer orders and effect the transfers after following the guidelines. It is stated that in view of the communication, dated 23.06.2016, addressed by the Secretary, State Government to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal, the grievance of the petitioner should stand redressed.
