This application is for grant of permission to amend the application, to bring on record the subsequent fact of filing of a charge-sheet before the Competent Court at Nagpur.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant makes a statement that in the connected application, i.e., Criminal Application [APL] No. 414 of 2016 arising out of the same crime, leave is already granted to amend the said application and place on record a copy of the charge-sheet.

In that view of the matter, application is disposed of as allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks. Copy of the charge-sheet be served on learned APP.

Stand over two weeks.

To be heard along with Criminal Application [APL] No. 414 of 2016.
