The applicants are the employees of respondent No. 1 Model Mill, Nagpur, previously a unit of National Textile Corporation, (Maharashtra North) Limited. Since the issue involved in the petition with regard to interest payable by exempted establishments under the EPF and MP Act, these applicants submit that they desire to address this Court and hence the intervention application. 2.

In view of the above, this application is allowed. 3.

The petitioner shall add the applicants as respondents in the Writ Petition within a period of ten days. The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants waives service of notice on behalf of the added respondents. 4.

By consent of the parties, stand over to 28.1.2020.
