The applicant has filed this application to transfer the Marriage petition No.235 of 2023 filed by the Non-applicant pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Pusad, Dist. Yavatmal, filed by the non-applicant for maintenance and restitution of conjugal rights and she is attending the proceedings. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for nonapplicant has stated that, non-applicant is staying in Pune, Pusad is his native place. It is not-convenient for non-applicant to attend the Family Court at Amravati. Hence, he prayed to reject the application. Kavita

Heard both the learned counsel.

The non-applicant is already attending the proceedings at Family Court, Amravati, which is filed by the applicant. The applicant is staying alone with her parents, who are disabled persons. As the non-applicant has to attend the Family Court, Amravati, he can take same dates to attend the proceedings, if the proceedings pending at Civil Judge Senior Division, Pusad, Dist. Yavatmal, are transferred to the Family Court, Amravati.

Hence, the Misc. Civil Application is allowed.

Marriage Petition No.235 of 2023 pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Pusad, Dist. Yavatmal, is transferred to the Family Court, Amravati.

Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of.
