By this application, the applicant-wife is seeking transfer of divorce petition from Family Court, Nagpur to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Daryapur, District Amravati.

It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that other proceedings are also pending in the Court at Anjangaon Surji within Taluka of Daryapur.

Learned counsel for the non-applicant/husband fairly submitted that the petition may be transferred to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Daryapur.

In view of the above, the application is allowed. 5.

Petition A No.947/2022 pending at Family Court, Nagpur is hereby directed to be transferred to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Daryapur, District Amravati. 6.
