DATE : 17-01-2025 Petitioners Nos.2 to 4 contended that during the pendency of the petition, petitioner No.1 died, and, therefore, they want to bring his legal heirs on record. The other side has no objection to this.

In view of the same, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i). Petitioners Nos.2 to 4 are directed to carry out the amendment in a week and supply a copy of the amended petition to the other side.

Writ Petition No. 5882/2018 List the matter after two weeks.
