The directions issued to the present appellants to deposit the amount of Rs.50,000/- for showing their bonafides was challenged in the present appeal. During pendency of the appeal, Contempt Petition No.193/2009 was disposed on 25/06/2013 after recording the fact that the grievance of the original contempt petitioner did not survive. In that view of the matter nothing remains to be adjudicated in this contempt appeal. It is accordingly disposed of.
