Heard.
The applicant, apprehending arrest in crime registered against her alongwith co-accused for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 324, 504, 506 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code, has sought pre-arrest bail.
As per the investigating agency, the applicant went to the spot in the field and noticed that co-accused Sheikh Jabir and his brother Sheikh Bakir were cutting a tree and when the cousin brother and nephew of the complainant opposed them, the accused started assaulting cousin brother of applicant Hamidkhan and nephew of the applicant Firojkhan by pipe and axe. The F.I.R. shows that as far as present applicant is concerned it is alleged that she assaulted by fists.
The applicant is a woman aged abut 46 years
2 aba430.17 and claims to be labourer and has stated that she is not involved in any crime / offence.
Considering the nature of incident and the accusations against the applicant, the following order is passed:
In the event of arrest in Crime No.133/2017 registered by the non-applicant, the applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand).
The application is allowed accordingly.
