Accordingly, the application stand disposed of. SECOND APPEAL NO. 443 OF 2014 The learned Advocate for the appellants submits that the appellant nos. 1 and 3 are no more. The learned Advocate further submits that, he will file application for bringing the legal heirs of respondent no. 3 only on record

29=CAS 540-24 in SA 443-14.odt on the next date. He will also file 'Vakalatnama' on behalf of the legal heirs. Considering this fact, stand over to 14/08/2024.
