This is an application for grant of bail.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and perused the investigation papers, from which it reveals that 17 injuries are sustained by the deceased. The alleged incident has taken place due to the dispute on trifle reasons, which sufficiently shows the intention of the present applicant to eliminate the deceased. Considering the same, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application.
