Heard.

The applicant, apprehending arrest in crime registered against him for the offence punishable under Sections 64(a) and 83 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act and under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code, has sought pre-arrest bail.

According to the investigating agency, liquor worth Rs.38,500/- was being taken by the applicant and co-accused Ashish on two wheeler and on getting information about it, a trap was laid and vehicle was stopped, at that time the applicant ran away, however, co-accused Ashish was arrested. According to the investigating agency, the cocnerned two wheeler is owned by the applicant.

Undisputedly, two crimes for similar offences are registered against the applicant.

Considering the facts of the case, I am not

2 aba434.17 inclined to grant the prayer made in the application. The application is dismissed.
