We have heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties to find out the controversy involved in the matter. Several questions of law and fact are involved in the matter, which requires adjudication by this Court. The matter is likely to take some time. We would have decided the matter. However, it seems that the learned counsels appearing for the parties are not in a position to properly assist the Court, and

Put up this matter for hearing after a period of six months.
